格隆匯4月29日丨國安國際(00143.HK)發佈公吿,2022年4月29日,公司收到公司的控股股東明途的信函附上國安集團的管理人於4月19日發出的吿知函。根據該吿知函,管理人於4月19日向北京市第一中級人民法院申請對國安集團及其關聯公司進行實質合併重整。截止至吿知函發出的日期,管理人提出的合併重整申請能否被北京第一中院受理、以及國安集團是否進入實質合併重整程序尚不確定。公司的股份於聯合交易所暫停買賣而有關買賣仍然暫停進行直至另行通知為止。
