固生堂(02273.HK)附屬與溫州市中醫院成立醫療聯合體
固生堂(02273.HK)公佈,於昨日(25日)附屬廣東固生堂與溫州市中醫院訂立合作協議,廣東固生堂與溫州市中醫院將成立醫療聯合體,合作期限爲五年。
根據醫療聯合體安排,廣東固生堂與溫州市中醫院建立線上線下中醫醫療服務合作;廣東固生堂將於溫州市設立門診部並負責有關的營運及相關成本;廣東固生堂獲允許於公司將設立於溫州市的指定門診部使用「溫州市中醫院醫療集團成員單位」稱號;及溫州市中醫院已同意安排醫師於公司將設立於溫州市的指定門診部坐診。溫州市中醫院將不參與公司將設立於溫州市的指定門診部的營運。
