維信金科(02003.HK)購回本金總額426萬美元優先票據
格隆匯4月22日丨維信金科(02003.HK)公吿,於2022年4月22日,公司以私人協約方式從獨立第三方以總代價404.7萬美元並加上應計利息,購回本金總額426萬美元的2022年到期的11.0%優先票據。
隨着購回後的購回票據將會被註銷。註銷購回票據後,剩餘的未償付票據本金總額將為6935萬美元,佔票據的最初本金額81.59%。
公司可根據票據條款和條件的許可,在考慮市場情況和票據價格等因素之後,不時進行進一步購回未償付票據(如合適)。
