誠志股份(000990.SZ):擬公開發行不超20億元的公司債券
格隆匯4月19日丨誠志股份(000990.SZ)公佈關於公開發行公司債券預案的公吿,為保障公司後續發展戰略的需要,滿足生產經營規模擴大對流動資金的需求,進一步優化融資結構、降低融資成本、形成多元化融資渠道,公司擬於境內公開發行總額不超過人民幣20億元的公司債券。
此次公開發行的公司債券期限為不超過5年(含),可以為單一期限品種,也可以為多種期限的混合品種,具體存續期限和各期限品種的發行規模提請股東大會授權董事會根據資金需求情況和發行時市場情況在上述範圍內確定。
