格隆匯4月14日丨金科服務(9666.HK)漲幅擴大至近10%,報30.45港元,暫成交1.39億港元,總市值198.8億港元。光大證券報吿指出,公司2021年對外拓展積極,規模穩健擴張,業主增值和本地生活服務板塊增長強勁,2022年穩健發展保障性高,估值具備吸引力。另外,公司引入戰投優化股權結構,提升經營管理能力,優化業務結構,提升非住業務拓展能力,維持“買入”評級。東北證券認為公司去年業績延續高速增長,社區增值服務潛力持續兑現。
