旭輝(00884.HK)擬額外發行5.88億元可換股債
旭輝(00884.HK)公佈,建議根據一般授權額外發行5.88億元於2025年到期的6.95%有擔保可換股債券,將與上週五(8日)發行的2025年到期的19.57億元6.95%有擔保可換股債券合併並組成單一系列。
初步轉換價每股5.53元,較昨日(11日)收市價4.64元溢價19.18%。假設悉數轉換,可轉換爲1.06億股股份。料淨集約5.84億元,擬用作再融資,包括即將贖回16億元人民幣於今年到期的6.7釐優先票據,尚未贖回金額約爲14.78億元人民幣。
