名家匯(300506.SZ)：擬開發光伏發電業務 增加公司經營範圍
格隆匯4月1日丨名家匯(300506.SZ)公佈，基於市場需求及公司經營需要，為落實公司發展戰略，開拓新的業務，培養新的利潤增長點，公司擬開發光伏發電業務，故增加公司的經營範圍並修改《公司章程》中對應條款如下：
修訂前，第十三條 經依法登記，公司的經營範圍如下：一般經營項目：照明技術的開發，城市照明環境藝術設計(不含限制項目)，環境導視規劃；城市及道路及照明工程專業承包壹級，照明工程設計專項甲級；標識設計及工程安裝；風景園林規劃設計、建築設計、市政工程設計；市政工程、園林綠化工程施工和園林養護；各類建築室內室外裝修、裝飾工程的設計及施工；城鎮化建設投資、城鎮及城市基礎設施的規劃設計、配套建設、產業策劃經營；項目投資；合同能源管理；LED燈具及照明燈具、路燈及燈杆、LED顯示屏、太陽能光伏系統的開發、設計和銷售；燈光智能控制系統技術的開發；標識的製作；電子電器產品的購銷及國內貿易；經營進出口業務。(企業依法自主選擇經營項目，經相關部門批准後，依批准的內容開展經營活動；不得從事本市產業政策禁止和限制的經營活動。)(同意登記機關調整規範經營範圍表述，以登記機關登記為準)許可經營項目：LED燈具及照明燈具、路燈及燈杆、LED顯示屏、太陽能光伏系統的生產；標識的生產。(以上經營範圍涉及生產的項目，場地執照另辦，生產範圍憑環保許可經營。)(同意登記機關調整規範經營範圍表述，以登記機關登記為準)
修訂後，第十三條經依法登記，公司的經營範圍如下：一般經營項目：照明技術的開發，城市照明環境藝術設計(不含限制項目)，環境導視規劃；城市及道路及照明工程專業承包壹級，照明工程設計專項甲級；標識設計及工程安裝；風景園林規劃設計、建築設計、市政工程設計；市政工程、園林綠化工程施工和園林養護；各類建築室內室外裝修、裝飾工程的設計及施工；城鎮化建設投資、城鎮及城市基礎設施的規劃設計、配套建設、產業策劃經營；項目投資；合同能源管理；LED燈具及照明燈具、路燈及燈杆、LED顯示屏、太陽能光伏系統的開發、設計和銷售；燈光智能控制系統技術的開發；標識的製作；太陽能熱發電產品銷售；太陽能發電技術服務；太陽能熱發電裝備銷售；光伏發電設備租賃；光伏設備及元器件製造；光伏設備及元器件銷售；技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣；電子電器產品的購銷及國內貿易；經營進出口業務。(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動；不得從事本市產業政策禁止和限制的經營活動。)
許可經營項目：LED燈具及照明燈具、路燈及燈杆、LED顯示屏、太陽能光伏系統的生產；發電業務、輸電業務、供(配)電業務；標識的生產。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以相關部門批准文件或許可證件為準；涉及生產的項目，場地執照另辦，生產範圍憑環保許可經營。)
