美的置業(3990.HK)2021年年報:有息負債穩步下降,現金總量同比增長28%
3月25日,美的置業(3990.HK)披露2021年度報吿。報吿期內,美的置業主動優化負債結構及保障充足的流動性,取得了一定的成效。截至報吿期末,公司有息負債總量為563億元,相比上年末同比下降4%,穩步下降的有息負債進一步提升了公司的抗風險能力。
截止報吿期期末,公司持有現金及銀行存款約342億元,同比增長28%;尚未動用的銀行授信額度增長至1001億元,現金及金融資源充裕,有足夠的底氣應對市場變化的不確定性風險。
