桂林三金(002275.SZ)：實控人變更為鄒洵
格隆匯3月22日丨桂林三金(002275.SZ)公佈，公司於2022年3月22日收到翁毓玲、鄒洵、鄒準(以下統稱“信息披露義務人”)出具的《詳式權益變動報吿書》，根據廣西壯族自治區桂林市桂林公證處出具的(2022)桂桂證民字第2207號《公證書》，鄒節明逝世前，其持有公司53,394,648股股份，翁毓玲持有公司5,205,474股股份，雙方合計持有公司58,600,122股股份(佔公司股份總數的9.93%)，均屬於夫妻共同財產。在翁毓玲取得一半夫妻共同財產(即公司29,300,061股股份，佔公司股份總數的4.96%)後，對於剩餘的公司29,300,061股股份(佔公司股份總數的4.97%)，由鄒洵繼承公司6,535,183股股份(佔公司股份總數的1.11%)，由鄒準繼承公司22,764,878股股份(佔公司股份總數的3.86%)。
三金集團持有公司364,679,300股股份，佔公司股份總數的61.79%，系公司控股股東。根據廣西壯族自治區桂林市桂林公證處出具的(2022)桂桂證民字第2206號《公證書》，鄒節明去世前，其持有三金集團33,021,200股股份，翁毓玲持有三金集團3,321,500股股份，雙方合計持有三金集團36,342,700股股份(佔三金集團股份總數的18.17%)，均屬於夫妻共同財產。在翁毓玲取得一半夫妻共同財產(即三金集團18,171,350股股份，佔三金集團股份總數的9.09%)後，對於剩餘的三金集團18,171,350股股份(佔三金集團股份總數的9.09%)，由鄒準全部繼承。
此次權益變動後，鄒洵直接持有公司1.11%股權，直接持有公司控股股東三金集團0.5%股權，直接持有三金集團控股股東金科創投67%股權。鄒洵通過直接和間接方式合計持有上市公司22.38%股權。公司實際控制人由鄒節明變更為鄒洵，公司控股股東未發生變化，仍為三金集團。
