泰林科建(06193.HK)預計年度綜合溢利約170萬元
格隆匯3月21日丨泰林科建(06193.HK)公佈,預期集團截至2021年12月31日止年度將錄得綜合溢利約人民幣170萬元,而對比2020年12月31日止年度則錄得綜合溢利約人民幣1460萬元。
集團財務表現大幅下滑主要是由於(i)中國針對物業市場收緊信貸和限制政策,以及自2021年九月嚴格執行能耗雙控政策下推進生產控制措施導致對建設材料的整體需求受壓抑,(ii)原材料成本急劇上升導致毛利率下降及(iii)貿易應收款項減值虧損撥備所致。
