中國華融(02799.HK)盈喜:預計年度淨利3.7億元
格隆匯3月21日丨中國華融(02799.HK)發佈公吿,2021年1月1日至12月31日期間,經初步測算,預計集團2021年度的歸屬於公司股東的淨利潤約為人民幣3.7億元。2020年度,集團歸屬於公司股東的淨虧損為人民幣1029.03億元。
公吿稱,該期業績增加主要由於不良債權資產業務主動調整經營策略,加大資產盤活和現金回收,繼續保持了穩定的收入貢獻。收購處置類業務加快週轉,已實現收入同比增長。收購重組類業務資產規模和收入穩中有降。市場化債轉股等股權類業務優化資產佈局,公允價值隨資本市場同步上升,部分權益類投資業務收入同比增長。
此外,2020年度,集團對存量風險資產進行全面審視、評估及減值測試,當期確認了大額公允價值變動損失、信用減值損失和其他資產減值損失,對當年經營業績造成了非常重大的影響。該年度無該等因素影響。
