遠東宏信(03360.HK)2021年純利升20.47%至55.12億元 末期息0.42港元
格隆匯3月16日丨遠東宏信(03360.HK)公佈，截至2021年12月31日止年度，集團實現收入人民幣336.44億元，同比增長15.85%。金融及諮詢分部收入(未計税金及附加前)人民幣223.47億元，佔收入總額(未計税金及附加前)的比例為66.15%，同比上升9.77%。同時隨着集團複合化產業運營的順利推進，產業運營收入同比增長29.78%，佔收入總額(未計税金及附加前)的比例為33.85%。
2021年度，集團依託於中國實體經濟，繼續秉承”金融+產業“的經營理念，面對複雜多變的宏觀環境，仍實現了整體業績的穩定增長，實現除税前溢利人民幣100.13億元，同比增長33.38%；公司普通股持有人應占年內溢利人民幣55.12億元，同比增長20.47%；擬進行分紅0.42港元╱股。
金融業務方向，傳統業務陣型進行了進一步調整，9大行業細分為27個業務部，持續深耕行業、深耕客户，向綜合化”產業私行“邁進；新型業務以傳統業務客户、渠道等多方面資源體系為依託，在普惠金融、商業保理、PPP投資、海外業務、資產業務等方面不斷豐富服務內涵，與傳統業務形成合力。截至2021年末，集團生息資產規模約2583.79億元人民幣，較年初增長9.76%；嚴控資產質量，資產質量進一步穩中提升，不良資產率為1.06%。新型業務方向貢獻利息收入18.56億元，同比增加約80%。
產業運營業務方向，隨着集團複合化產業運營戰略的推進，2021年產業運營分部收入持續大幅增長，實現收入114.35億元，較去年提升29.78%，佔總營業收入比重已達33.85%。宏信建發作為中國領先的設備運營服務商，市場龍頭地位進一步鞏固。截至2021年底，設備保有量超9萬台，材料保有量超200萬噸，總經營性資產原值居國內首位；擁有299個服務網點，實現了對主要經濟發展區域的網點覆蓋，為企業客户提供優質便捷的服務。截至2021年12月31日，宏信建發總收入人民幣61.41億元，同比增長67.63%；淨利潤人民幣7.10億元，同比增長43.83%。宏信健康方面，2021年繼續堅持”百縣計畫“的戰略方向和”三個一“的經營模式，以學科發展建設為主線，增加醫院的核心競爭力。在疫情偶發性反覆的不利環境下實現了40.03億元人民幣的收入，同比提升16.13%；淨利潤人民幣1.43億元，同比增長24.22%。
