叮咚買菜與上海銀行達成戰略合作 金融支持增至80億 助力三農發展
3月3日，叮咚買菜與上海銀行簽署銀企戰略合作協議，根據協議，上海銀行給予叮咚買菜金融支持進一步擴大至80億元，並將根據叮咚買菜的需求，定製研發各類金融產品，包括項目貸款、供應鏈融資等多種形式，助力叮咚買菜實現高質量發展。通過戰略合作，雙方將攜手深耕實體經濟產業鏈場景，持續提升供應鏈服務能力，賦能現代種植業與養殖業，有力支持實體經濟發展，為推動鄉村振興繁榮貢獻力量。
特別是在助農領域，雙方將優先選用供應鏈金融模式，幫助叮咚買菜的小型農業户實現應收賬款的“零賬期”，快速回籠貨款。截至目前，已為叮咚買菜集團上游超過700家涉農小企業成功發放貸款，累計放款88億元。

此次戰略合作的簽署，將有助於叮咚買菜與上海銀行聯合開展更全面、精準的泛供應鏈金融合作，有效延伸供應鏈金融服務支農扶小的覆蓋面；擴大服務供應商羣體，為全國範圍內的叮咚供應商提供金融服務，加快現金流轉，尤其是涉農企業、貧困地區企業；通過供應鏈金融，幫助農户快速回籠貨款，加速資金週轉，最大程度上為農户減負；此外，叮咚買菜還與上海銀行互推涉農扶貧企業，加強點對點精準扶貧。
叮咚買菜創始人、CEO梁昌霖表示，“過去兩年多時間，上海銀行與我們一起，先後簽約了農民和農户企業700多户，發放資金88億元。切切實實地，以實際行動支持農村農業發展。未來我們將充分發揮雙方的優勢，建立戰略合作聯盟，擴大合作領域，在支農助農、鄉村振興等方面共同做出貢獻。”
上海銀行黨委副書記、行長朱健表示：“上海銀行與叮咚買菜集團有共同發展和長期合作的目標，雙方戰略契合度較高、合作基礎良好。未來上海銀行與叮咚買菜將攜手共進，不斷加強在集團授信業務、供應鏈金融服務、現金管理服務、跨境業務服務、個人財富管理等金融領域的合作。在“支農扶農”的道路上一路同行，勇擔鄉村振興的使命，堅守服務“三農”的初心，強化金融科技的賦能，努力開創新時代服務“三農”工作的新局面。”
“上海谷伯果蔬種植專業合作社”作為充分享受了供應鏈金融服務的企業之一，其負責人徐惠敏介紹，“自從2021年5月以來，我們已累計申請供應鏈貸款50餘筆，獲得線上融資近1500萬元。在面臨疫情影響線下銷售的情況下，叮咚買菜不僅幫助我們涉農企業開拓銷售渠道，共克時艱。還通過上海銀行供應鏈金融平台，幫助農户加快回款速度，減輕資金壓力。農户只需要在上海銀行的線上供應鏈平台“上行e鏈”手機端操作，就能快速完成提款申請。從註冊、申請到放款僅用了兩天時間，再次融資時的放款時間更是壓縮到了半天。“
