天工國際(00826.HK)澄清稱並無就天工愛和或天工工具新材料的模具鋼產量對比全國模具鋼產量作出任何聲稱
格隆匯3月2日丨天工國際(00826.HK)公佈，公司注意到，一份有類似指控的進一步報吿於2022年2月28日發佈，公司對此否認。儘管公司於該等公吿中作出澄清，進一步報吿繼續提出該報吿所載有關指控（公司對此否認）。
A.持續指控：1.誇大模具鋼產量(a)進一步報吿指稱：按照天工的邏輯，於2017至19年期間，天工工具佔據天工模具鋼總產出的相當大部分，其於2019年生產的模具鋼甚至比天工愛和還多，成為中國最大的生產商。2020年18.17萬噸的模具鋼銷售量從何而來。
公司謹此澄清：(i)公司並無就天工愛和或天工工具新材料的模具鋼產量對比全國的模具鋼產量作出任何聲稱。這並非公司的邏輯，而是該報吿及進一步報吿的邏輯。(ii)根據集團的生產記錄，2019年模具鋼成品的產量為14.5萬噸。(iii)此外，該報吿及進一步報吿無視模具鋼的存貨變動。
(b)進一步報吿查詢：公司確信，特鋼協會公佈的相關模具鋼產量數據涉及天工，而不僅僅涉及天工愛和。公司在刊發2022年2月25日的公吿之前，已經向特鋼協會尋求確認。特鋼協會確認，8.4萬噸的高合金模具鋼產品乃天工愛和於2019年的產量，並不包括天工工具新材料或句容天工新材料的任何模具鋼產量。
2.誇大模具鋼出口，儘管公司已於該等公吿中作出澄清，進一步報吿繼續聲稱“天工的2019年模具鋼出口量甚至大於該全國總量”.鑑於公司已與有關當局再次確認其2019年的出口數字，公司毋須就該報吿及進一步報吿的指控所依據的有關全國總量發表評論。
公司確認，公司並不知悉有任何與該報吿所作出的負面陳述╱評論有關的內幕消息，須根據香港法例第571章證券及期貨條例第XIVA部予以披露。公司重申，儘管公司歡迎股東、投資者及監管機構監督集團的業務運作及財務表現，公司不會容忍針對公司的惡意誹謗。
