美團傭金降了!疫情中高風險地區困難商戶傭金減半
美團3月1日在微信公衆號公告稱,將對中國餐飲中小商戶推出幫扶措施,包括下調傭金等。
對疫情中高風險地區以及所屬區縣的困難中小商戶(日均用戶實付交易額下降超過30%),美團外賣給予技術服務費(傭金)減半,且減半後每單1 元封頂。該舉措有效時間爲當地被列爲中高風險地區之日起至解除封控後1個月。
還將對部分經營困難中小商戶給予傭金5%封頂措施,優惠時間從2022年3月起持續至2022年12月底,預計超過100萬商戶受益。
2月18日,發改委印發了《關於促進服務業領域困難行業恢復發展的若幹政策》的通知,表示將引導外賣等互聯網平臺企業進一步下調餐飲業商戶服務費標準,降低相關餐飲企業經營成本。引導互聯網平臺企業對疫情中高風險地區所在的縣級行政區域內的餐飲企業,給予階段性商戶服務費優惠。
當日美團重挫拖累科技股,投資者擔憂中國對餐飲等紓困措施恐打壓其業績表現。
最新的這一舉措或影響美團在餐飲業務上的傭金收入。根據財報,2021年第三季度美團餐飲外賣傭金收入爲232.2億元,完成訂單筆數爲40.1億筆,平均每筆訂單傭金收入爲5.787元。部分訂單傭金低至1元,對於美團的收入會出現影響。
博通諮詢金融業資深分析師王蓬博表示,餐飲業中的小微商戶佔多數,扶持餐飲企業關係到國計民生。發改委的新舉措在短期內肯定會影響到平臺的收益,但從長期看,這一舉措有利於長期的良性發展,未來會讓平臺也獲得收益。
經濟日報刊文稱,傭金從20%左右降到5%封頂——這是外賣平臺美團給平臺困難餐飲商戶送出的“同舟共濟”船票。毫無疑問,年內給約100萬困難商戶降傭金,對美團今年的經營將造成一定壓力,但壓力是可控的。相信美團一定算過長遠的經濟賬,就像美團自己說的:餐飲商戶是美團外賣得以發展的根本所在。商戶興旺,市場才能繁榮。
