華東醫藥關於收購Viora交流紀要及解讀

Q：國內上市設備產品的推廣策略?酷雪的銷售團隊情況?今後公司在醫美器械收購佈局?業務線有側重的方向嗎?
我們在海外的項目儲備還挺多的，如果後續還有合適得也會繼續洽談。關於reation，第一個優勢是我們有證，viora 的 reation 有兩個團隊，都是經驗豐富且擁有中國背景的人。之前是別人在運營，現在我們收回運營權自己來做，我們在歐洲市場已經有了成熟的市場經驗，知道怎麼賣，我們自信也可以在中國市場做的好。
Q：產品接下來在中國的上市時間有計劃表和優先級嗎?
REATION 之前因爲交給別人做，做的不大，現在華東收購了以後會改變更適合中國的策略，我們會根據申請情況來安排上市時間，生美類的產品上市進度會更快。
Q：收購 viora 之後的整合情況?產品在海外銷售情況以及中國的新進入者情況?
目前所有整合在按計劃進行，我們在21年先對有協同效應的整合，比如法務營銷等，在 sinclair 直營的地區擴大了銷售團隊。整合業務目前符合預期。
我們的產品沒有很多重合，hightech主要專注與脫毛以及減脂，viora 主要專注與塑形， 產品互補且客戶也可以交叉銷售。
Q：未來在營銷上是整體做還是分團隊做?光電板塊希望通過直營做還是經銷做?
少女針是直營，酷雪上市以後是單獨做，我們會根據生活美容跟醫學美容來劃分。我們整個團隊的情況，營銷人員已經接近 100人，全年計劃擴張到150~200人，會有專業的醫生培訓，並且有嚴格的培訓，需要過了纔可以做少女針的銷售。今年我們會更着重在線上的平臺。我們致力與行業的發展而不單是自己的進步。
