夢百合(603313.SH)：2021年度預虧2.4億元-3億元
格隆匯2月4日丨夢百合(603313.SH)公佈2021年年度業績預虧公吿，公司業績預計2021年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損2.4億元-虧損3億元，與上年同期相比，將減少6.19億元-6.79億元。扣除非經常性損益事項後，公司業績預計減少5.06億元-5.66億元。
業績預虧的主要原因：
1、報吿期內，公司原材料價格、人工成本及海外運輸成本均大幅上漲，導致公司產品毛利率下降，影響本期利潤；
2、近年來，全球貿易保護措施激增，各大經濟體之間貿易摩擦不斷，美國商務部在2021年3月發佈了二輪反傾銷調查仲裁結果，公司全資子公司HEALTHCARE EUROPE DOO RUMA(簡稱“恆康塞爾維亞”)適用112.11%税率。恆康塞爾維亞原主要供應美國市場，受美國反傾銷税的影響，公司及時將子公司的產能調整至主要供應歐洲市場，但因2021年上半年歐洲市場封鎖，恆康塞爾維亞的生產和銷售大幅下降，一定程度影響了公司的業績；
3、公司美東、美西工廠均處於產能爬坡期，受疫情影響，兩個工廠達產進度不及預期，導致在報吿期內均屬於虧損狀態；
4、公司於2021年9月2日在上海證券交易所網站上披露了《關於涉及訴訟的進展公吿》(公吿編號：2020-53)，公司與BENJAMIN FOLKINS(公司美國子公司CHINA BEDS DIRECT,LLC少數股東)和UPWARD MOBILITY,INC.(BENJAMIN FOLKINS控制的公司)的訴訟取得一審判決。根據企業會計準則及相關規定，公司對該涉案金額中的股權退出款及懲罰性賠償金計提預計負債，對利潤的影響金額約為人民幣1.6億元；
5、根據《企業會計準則第22號-金融工具確認和計量》及相關會計政策規定，對存在減值跡象的單項金額重大資產計提了壞賬準備。
