新日股份(603787.SH):2021年度淨利預減84%-94%
格隆匯2月4日丨新日股份(603787.SH)公佈2021年年度業績預減公吿,經江蘇新日電動車股份有限公司財務部門初步測算,預計2021年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為613萬元至1634萬元,與上年同期相比,將減少8577萬元至9598萬元,同比下降84%至94%。
歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為-1467萬元至-446萬元,與上年同期相比,將減少0,.94億元至1.04億元,同比下降105%至116%。
淨利潤預減主要原因為:受共享出行投放節奏變化影響,公司直銷業務規模與去年同期相比,出現較大缺口。2021年市場競爭環境越發激烈,在公司生產能力、供應能力未發生重大變化的情況下,為了擴大傳統經銷渠道的銷量,公司在市場宣傳、新品投放、技術研發、渠道拓展等方面加大了資源投入,導致歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤同比下降。
