格隆匯1月27日丨ST九有(600462.SH)公佈,公司預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為-7800萬元左右。
此次業績預虧主要原因:一是本期無因受贈股權行為增加的投資收益;二是本年度公司分攤的股份支付費用增加。
公司預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約-7300萬元左右。
公司預計2021年年末歸屬於上市公司股東的淨資產為6300萬元左右。
