中國電影(600977.SH)2021年度預盈2.05億-2.75億元 同比扭虧為盈
格隆匯1月26日丨中國電影(600977.SH)公佈，2021年度業績預計扭虧為盈，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為2.05億元到2.75億元，扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為7500萬元到12500萬元。
業績預盈的主要原因：2021年，在新冠肺炎疫情防控常態化的大背景下，中國電影市場持續回暖。根據國家電影局發佈的數據，2021年全國電影總票房472.58億元，已恢復至疫情前的74%；城市院線觀影人次11.67億，較2020年增長一倍以上。面對疫情持續反覆的不利形勢和複雜多變的市場環境，公司聚焦主責主業，堅持高質量發展，穩步推進各項業務，市佔率進一步提升。
(一)創作板塊。報吿期內，公司出品並投放市場各類影片24部，累計票房239.60億元，佔同期全國國產影片票房總額的60.01%。同比2020年、2019年分別提升了27%和42%。年度觀眾滿意度調查高分榜的18部影片中，9部為公司出品影片。在境內外各大電影節展中，公司出品影片榮獲金雞獎、金鹿獎等41個重要獎項、63項提名。
(二)發行板塊。報吿期內，公司共發行影片711部，實現票房328.96億元，佔同期全國票房總額的76.74%。同比2020年、2019年分別提升了27%和34%。其中，公司主導或參與發行國產影片619部，累計票房285.57億元，佔同期全國國產影片票房總額的78.59%；公司主導或參與發行進口影片92部，累計票房43.39億元，佔同期全國進口影片票房總額的66.46%。
(三)放映板塊。截至報吿期末，公司旗下共有營業控股影院138家，銀幕1054塊。公司旗下控參股院線和控股影院合計覆蓋全國20687塊銀幕和260.15萬席座位，公司銀幕市場佔有率為27.44%。
(四)科技板塊。截至報吿期末，國內已開業CINITY影廳60個，覆蓋全國近30個大中城市，累計製作並上映CINITY版影片102部。中影巴可放映機新增銷售近2800台，在同期全國新增銀幕市場的佔比約50.8%。NOC網絡中心接入影院6000餘家，覆蓋全國3.56萬塊銀幕。
(五)服務板塊。報吿期內，中影基地為364部電影、24部電視劇等共計689部影視作品提供了製作服務。中影雲票務平台註冊用户超過1300萬人，覆蓋影院10600餘家，超過全國電影市場總影院數的85%。公司融資租賃業務已簽約影院99家，提供融資租賃服務的合同餘額約2.53億元。
