格隆匯1月25日丨青海華鼎(600243.SH)公佈2021年年度業績預虧公吿,公司預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東淨利潤為-8000萬元左右,同比盈轉虧;公司預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤為-1億元左右。
業績預虧的主要原因:2021年度,一是原機械製造業板塊受原材料價格上漲及疫情的影響;二是原機械製造業板塊由於產品換代以及部分產品不能延續生產,加之公司存貨等資產存量較大,變現週期長,需要進行減值測試並計提減值準備。受以上因素的影響,原機械製造業板塊出現虧損,從而影響了公司整體效益,導致公司2021年度業績虧損。
