格隆匯1月21日丨南京熊貓電子股份(00553.HK)公吿,公司預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為人民幣3100萬元到4600萬元,同比減少約40%到60%。
公司2021年年度業績預減,主要是由於非經常性損益減少;與上年同期相比,本期計入當期損益的非經常性損益事項合計減少約人民幣3,000萬元,主要是上年同期因新冠疫情原因,減免社保人民幣3,679萬元。
扣除非經常性損益事項後,公司預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為人民幣820萬元到1,200萬元,同比減少約35%到55%。
