沛然環保(08320.HK)攜手亨泰消費品集團共同推廣可持續發展及碳中和
格隆匯12月28日丨沛然環保(08320.HK)公吿，於2021年12月28日，公司與亨泰消費品集團有限公司及其附屬公司訂立戰略合作備忘錄。根據戰略合作備忘錄，合作主要條款如下：
1.亨泰集團將與集團合作，於營運中融入可持續發展低碳措施，從而促進並達致碳中和。亨泰集團與本集團旨在協助供應商、客户、業務夥伴及其他持份者採取可持續發展措施，提倡環境、社會及管治、自然解決方案、綠色金融及負責任投資；
2.合作安排下的目標乃為我們各自的潛在客户提供(i)綠色科技建議及補充綠色金融與責任投資建議；及(ii)周詳、技術上及可持續發展的碳中和自然解決方案；
3.為更有效地實現上述目標，亨泰集團與本集團將會結合應用區塊鏈技術及自然解決方案，此乃由於我們相信區塊鏈技術為設立碳交易市場優質碳信用的必要元素，而自然解決方案則對氣候變化及設立碳抵消機制的完整及可持續發展的方法；
4.本集團將參考氣候相關財務揭露工作小組及自然相關財務揭露工作小組，協助亨泰集團發展其框架，從而加強氣候風險披露及對氣候變化。此外，本集團將協助亨泰集團改善其環境、社會及管治的表現，減少碳排放，設立碳中和的藍圖，以及發展策略，以捕捉氣候變化韌性帶來的新商機；
5.透過此合作，亨泰集團及本集團致力提供可持續發展及碳中和諮詢服務，為不同客户建議實用解決方案，以減少彼等營運產生碳排放量；
6.集團及亨泰集團旨在透過定期舉辦網絡研討會、培訓課程及行業活動，促進碳減排知識共享，提高目標客户的可持續發展意識，從而共同推廣此戰略合作備忘錄產生的業務。
戰略合作備忘錄將自2021年12月28日起有效，為期一年。除與備忘錄期間、保密責任及雜項條文有關的條文外，戰略合作備忘錄不具任何法律約束力。集團與亨泰集團已協定將按戰略合作備忘錄所載的業務計劃及目標作出進一步商談。集團與亨泰集團將於簽訂正式執行協議(如有)時另行協定彼等的詳細權利和責任。
