港股異動丨獲投行唱好 長實集團(1113.HK)升超4%創階段新高
格隆匯12月28日丨長實集團(1113.HK)續升4.19%,報49.75港元創近4個月新高價,總市值1812.7億港元。公司附屬日前宣佈出售飛機租賃業務,涉及合共125架飛機,總代價約331億港元,預期交易利潤超過13億港元。大摩點評稱,長實出售飛機租貸業務,減負債對未來派息正面。予目標價54港元,評級增持;高盛維持長實集團買入評級,目標價看高至73.8港元。該行稱若用於減債,預計2021年末淨負債率會由現時2021年的估計9%降至0%。
