北京建設(00925.HK)附屬擬公開掛牌出售4家公司各75%股權
格隆匯12月23日丨北京建設(00925.HK)公吿，中國工業地產（公司非全資附屬公司）計劃將於北交所以公開掛牌方式出售(1)SSinolog (Taicang) III Pte. Ltd.（TCIII）、(2)SSinolog (Taicang)IV Pte. Ltd.（TCIV）、(3)SSinolog (Changshu) I Pte. Ltd.（CS）及(4)SSinolog(Wuzhong) I Pte. Ltd.（WZ，連同TCIII、TCIV及CS統稱目標公司）各自已發行股本總額75%。據公司所深知，SCH（即各間目標公司已發行股本總額25%的持有人）將向一名潛在買家出售SCH於各間目標公司的持股。
目標公司（即TCIII、TCIV、WZ及CS）各自於新加坡註冊成立，由中國工業地產及SCH分別擁有75%及25%。目標公司主要從事投資控股。TCIII擁有福城工業設施發展（太倉）有限公司的全部股權，而福城工業設施發展（太倉）有限公司為於中國成立的有限責任公司，主要從事投資、發展及經營位於中國江蘇省蘇州市的工業園區。
TCIV擁有新丹物流設施發展（蘇州）有限公司的全部股權，而新丹物流設施發展（蘇州）有限公司為於中國成立的有限責任公司，主要從事投資、發展及經營位於中國江蘇省蘇州市的物流園區。
WZ擁有嘉地工業設施發展（蘇州）有限公司的全部股權，而嘉地工業設施發展（蘇州）有限公司為於中國成立的有限責任公司，主要從事投資、發展及經營位於中國江蘇省蘇州市的工業園區。
CS持有嘉地工業地產發展（常熟）有限公司的全部股權，而嘉地工業地產發展（常熟）有限公司為於中國成立的有限責任公司，主要從事投資、發展及經營位於中國江蘇省蘇州市的工業園區。
公司預期建議出售事項將為集團產生龐大現金收入，可用於減省集團的未償還貸款額，進而於可見將來減省財務費用，並提升集團的盈利能力。
