和順電氣(300141.SZ):實控人協議轉讓5%的股份予蘇州綠脈已完成過户
格隆匯12月20日丨和順電氣(300141.SZ)公佈,公司於2021年12月20日收到公司控股股東、實際控制人姚建華的通知,其協議轉讓給蘇州綠脈電氣控股(集團)有限公司(“蘇州綠脈”)的1269.423萬股(佔公司總股本的5%)股份已經在中國證券登記結算有限責任公司完成過户登記手續。
此次協議轉讓完成後,蘇州綠脈持有公司無限售流通股3808.269萬股,佔公司總股本的比例為15.00%,為當前公司第二大股東。
