中國飛機租賃(01848.HK)擬發行1億美元票據
格隆匯12月17日丨中國飛機租賃(01848.HK)發佈公吿,2021年12月16日,發行人、公司及經辦人就公司的全資附屬公司CALC BONDS LIMITED擬發行1億美元於2024年到期的利率4.85%擔保票據訂立認購協議。票據擬由公司提供不可撤回及無條件擔保。
經扣除包銷佣金及其他估計開支後,擬進行的票據發行的估計所得款項淨額將約為9900萬美元。公司目前擬將票據發行收取的所得款項淨額用於飛機收購、飛機及相關業務的業務拓展,現有借款再融資以及一般公司用途。
