灣區黃金(01194.HK)遭入稟索償565萬元債券本金及利息
灣區黃金(01194.HK)公布,於今年12月7日收到公司個人債券持有人劉子慧在高等法院針對公司的傳訊令狀,內容有關於2014年11月6日公司向原告發行的債券項下聲稱未結付債項,附帶本金額500萬元及按年息率 6.5%計息並將於2022年5月5日到期。
原告針對公司提出以下索償,包括500萬元本金;65萬元年利息;高等法院判給該筆款項的利息及或損害賠償;費用;及法院認為合適的進一步及或其他濟助。
公司指目前正就此尋求法律意見,將適時進一步公布。
