亨泰(00197.HK)完成收購First Bullion Holdings Inc.的17.5%股權
格隆匯12月9日丨亨泰(00197.HK)公佈,有關擬2876萬港元購買First Bullion Holdings Inc.的17.5%股權事項,買賣協議項下之所有先決條件均已達成,並已於2021年12月9日根據買賣協議的條款及條件完成收購事項。於完成後,目標公司分別由買方、擔保人及Greenpro擁有17.5%、64.5%及18%。
根據買賣協議(經補充協議補充),公司於完成時配發及發行228,711,000股代價股份予賣方。
