《新股消息》全球最大手套商Top Glove股東會通過赴港雙重第一上市
來自馬來西亞、全球最大橡膠手套生產商Top Glove發表聲明指,公司股東大會已通過在港交所(00388.HK)雙重第一上市的決議案。下一步將尋求港交所批准上市,預計明年首季完成上市。
公司10月第二度削減擬議集資規模至36.8億元,或為原來目標的不足四分一。公司可達過超額配售權集資最多42.4億元。公司原計劃集資19億美元,其後於4月把集資目標減半。公司擬透過集資所得擴大業務及提升生產設備。
