民航局:波音737 MAX8飛機有望於今年底或明年初陸續復飛
民航局適航司楊楨梅表示,民航局於昨日(2日)發佈波音737 MAX8飛機的適航指令,但其商業復飛的前提是要完全滿足民航局確定的三個原則,獲得適航批準只是其中最基本的工作,國內航空公司還要完成飛機改裝、停場飛機恢復、駕駛員培訓等工作,經補充運行合格審定後,有望於今年年底或明年年初,陸續恢復國內現有機隊的商業運行,並重新啓動新飛機引進。
2018年10月和2019年3月,波音737 MAX8飛機半年之內連續發生兩起空難事故。停飛之後,民航局提出恢復商業運行三原則,即飛機的設計更改必須獲得適航批準;駕駛員必須重新得到充分有效的訓練,兩起事故的調查結論必須是明確的,而且改進措施是有效的。
