港股異動丨亞洲水泥(中國)六連跌創近兩年半新低 母公司被處罰款及追繳税款約4.74億元
格隆匯11月29日丨亞洲水泥(中國)跌約2%,暫錄六連跌,報4.94港元,低見4.9港元創近兩年半新低,總市值77億港元。上週,國台辦發言人朱鳳蓮表示,近期有關執法部門開展執法檢查,發現台灣遠東集團在當地投資的化纖紡織、水泥企業在環保、土地利用、員工職業健康、安全生產及消防、税務、產品質量等方面存在一系列違法違規行為。據初步瞭解,現已處以罰款及追繳税款約4.74億元人民幣。亞洲水泥(中國)的最大股東為亞洲水泥股份有限公司,是台灣遠東集團旗下企業。
