格隆匯11月28日丨NATIONAL ELEC H(00213.HK)公佈,截至2021年9月30日止6個月,公司收益3.74億港元,同比減少65.97%;期間溢利6431.5萬港元,同比減少17.79%;每股盈利6.65港仙。
儘管新型冠狀病毒疫情持續帶來負面影響,但集團預計其手錶及手錶配件業務的營業額及溢利將繼續逐步改善。儘管集團的精品酒店仍然受地區內與新型冠狀病毒相關的旅行管制所限,但預計酒店業務的入住率及租金將穩步提高。
集團已完成香港深水灣道39號8號別墅的改建及加建工程,並開始進行室內裝修計劃。集團位於南灣坊3號的豪華住宅項目的上蓋建築工程正在按計劃進行。
