龍大肉食(002726.SZ)：藍潤集團回函稱其控股股東暫未發生變化、亦不涉及公司來函中提及的相關情況
格隆匯11月25日丨龍大肉食(002726.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年11月24日晚間獲悉藍潤集團有限公司(“藍潤集團”)於官方微信公眾號發佈了“藍潤集團引進中國供銷集團戰略投資者簽約儀式在京舉行”的文章，公司就其中“合作雙方將組建聯合工作小組，推動包括但不限於以股權收購、增資等方式達成長期戰略合作，批准實施後藍潤集團將由中國供銷集團控股”等內容向藍潤集團發出了求證函。截至目前，公司已收到藍潤集團的回覆函，現就該事項有關情況公吿如下：

接到貴司關於求證我司官方宣傳渠道於11月24日發佈的文章中，涉及我司控股股東變更及貴司控股股東及實控人可能出現變更的具體情況。現覆函如下：
該文章內容是對於我司與中國供銷集團簽定的戰略協議核心內容的概括性表達。中國供銷集團以服務鄉村振興為目標和方向，產業重點圍繞農業生產端、城鄉居民消費端等領域，搭建了完善的農業全產業鏈服務體系，在市場拓展、渠道開拓、流通擴展、產品研發等方面，與藍潤集團及旗下產業具備良好的產業協同性、佈局互補性。根據協議書內容：中國供銷集團已對藍潤及其下屬產業啟動了本次合作的前期工作，採取了必要的內部及外部行動。在此基礎上，雙方達成在股權、產業、資產方面的整體合作共識。為鞏固雙方前期工作成果，深化及有效指導下一步工作有序落地，特簽署本協議，後續具體合作事宜，待中國供銷集團全面盡職調查結束後，提報有關國資監管機構批准和各方決策機構批准後實施。
基於上述協議內容，雙方將在11月24日戰略合作簽約儀式後進入盡職調查階段，並會將相關結果報國資監管機構和各方決策機構批准後實施。現階段，我司控股股東暫未發生變化，亦不涉及貴司來函中提及的相關情況。後期如發生符合相關情況，我司將按相關法規履行吿知義務。
