中國太保(601601.SH):擬與子公司太保壽險按持股比例向太平洋健康保險增資19億元
格隆匯11月24日丨中國太保(601601.SH)公佈,公司第九屆董事會第十三次會議決議,審議並通過了《關於向太平洋健康保險股份有限公司增資暨重大關聯交易的議案》
同意由公司及公司子公司中國太平洋人壽保險股份有限公司(“太保壽險”)按持股比例向公司子公司太平洋健康保險股份有限公司以每股1元人民幣的價格增資19億元。其中,公司以貨幣資金方式出資1,615,969,000元人民幣,太保壽險以貨幣資金方式出資284,031,000元人民幣。
