*ST雅博(002323.SZ)：與中國電建集團河南省電力勘測設計院簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯11月23日丨*ST雅博(002323.SZ)公佈，為了發揮各自優勢，實現優勢互補，中國電建集團河南省電力勘測設計院有限公司(“甲方”)、山東雅博科技股份有限公司(“公司”或者“乙方”)於近日簽訂了《戰略合作協議》，旨在進一步深化雙方的戰略合作關係，擴大合作規模、豐富合作內涵、創新合作方式，共同進行國內外市場開拓，實現中國“30、60”雙碳目標及“着力構建以新能源為主體的新型電力系統的”的重大戰略決策。合作內容如下：
1、在國內集中式電站領域，雙方努力實現2021-2022年面向全國市場合作開發集中式電站投資建設運營，合作規模不低於100萬千瓦，爭取實現150萬千瓦，總投資額50-75億，EPC產值45-70億。
2、分佈式項目：雙方研究適合分佈式光伏資產的投資管理、建設運營，不限於 BIPV ,儲能系統，充電站，充電樁，綜合能源等領域合作，投資建設不少於200MW分佈式能源及配套儲能等項目。
3、風電項目：乙方取得的風電項目開發指標或持有的風電項目，同等條件下優先出售給甲方。
4、儲能項目：乙方優先向甲方推薦具有商業價值的儲能項目，爭取2022年內落實投資規模不低於30MWh。
5、氫能項目：雙方共同研究氫能產業的投資機會，特別是探索可再生能源制氫技術，爭取建設1個光優制氫示範項目。
6、EPC專業分包服務：按照容量對等的原則，甲方將擬共同開發的新能源項目，在滿足電建集團相關要求的前提下，同等市場條件下優先考慮乙方作為工程建設、設備供應鏈服務、運維服務合作商。
此次合作是公司對未來業務的提前佈局，符合公司一貫的“新行業、新材料、新工藝、新能源”的理念。實行低碳經濟,發展新能源產業有助於解決石化能源供給問題,優化國內能源結構，保障能源安全，整個行業具有廣闊的發展空間，此次合作有利於進一步提升公司的市場競爭力和持續盈利能力，符合公司長期發展戰略和全體股東的利益。
