港股異動丨保利物業高開10.62% 擬用不超過公司股本總額的10%進行股權激勵
格隆匯11月16日丨保利物業高開10.62%,報50.5港元,5日累計漲幅達24%,總市值279億港元。保利物業宣佈,於2021年11月15日,董事會已決議建議採納限制性股票激勵計劃計劃及首次授予方案。根據該計劃授予的限制性股票總量累計不超過公司股本總額的10%。激勵對象包括公司董事(不含獨立非執行董事)、高級管理人員以及對公司整體業績和持續發展產生影響的管理骨幹及技術骨幹。首次授予方案限制性股票總量約553.32萬股,約佔公司已發行股本總額的1%。
