聆達股份(300125.SZ)：金寨嘉悦擬與湖南紅太陽在光伏產業鏈開展深度合作
格隆匯11月11日丨聆達股份(300125.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司金寨嘉悦新能源科技有限公司(簡稱“金寨嘉悦”)與湖南紅太陽新能源科技有限公司(簡稱“湖南紅太陽”)於近日簽訂了《戰略合作框架協議》，雙方擬在光伏產業鏈開展深度合作，形成長期戰略合作關係。合作內容包括：
1、湖南紅太陽(“甲方”)擬於2022年至2025年期間向金寨嘉悦(“乙方”)採購不低於3GW的太陽能電池片，每年採購量不低於1GW，交易單價參照市場價格降低0.01-0.02元/W，具體以雙方另行約定、簽署的合同為準。如乙方因硅片供應不足，導致不能履約交貨，甲方有義務提供A級硅片給乙方，具體的硅片數量及價格以雙方另行約定、簽署的合同為準。
2、在同等商務條件下，乙方“二期”項目生產車間設備優先向甲方採購，甲方應無償為乙方“二期”項目生產車間提供技術支持。
3、甲乙雙方擬在工藝技術研發方面進行深度合作，由雙方技術工藝研發人員共同成立研發小組，確定研發課題，共同研發電池製造的新工藝、新技術，共享研發成果。
4、甲乙雙方擬發揮各自優勢，共同開發建設太陽能光伏電站，並積極拓展國際市場。
據悉，湖南紅太陽成立於2008年6月，隸屬於中國電子科技集團有限公司，是中電科電子裝備集團有限公司的全資子公司。公司集硅材料、高效單晶電池、光伏組件、光伏系統集成應用於一體，是先進的光伏全產業鏈製造商，產值規模位列長沙市工業前十強。
金寨嘉悦為成立於2019年1月，是一家集研發、生產、銷售高效晶硅PERC太陽能電池的技術創新型企業。公司坐落在安徽省金寨縣現代產業園區筆架山路1號，總投資40億元，佔地522畝，規劃建設10GW高效光伏電池產能，項目分三期建設，一期已建成投產3GW高效PERC晶硅電池項目；二期規劃投資建設5GW210兼容182TOPCon電池智能工廠；三期擬建設HJT異質結疊加鈣鈦礦電池項目。
