中密控股(300470.SZ)：疫情導致公司部分產能臨時停產 預計對第四季度經營業績產生一定的不利影響
格隆匯11月7日丨中密控股(300470.SZ)公佈，公司於近日收到成都市疾控中心的通知，公司總部(成都市武科西四路廠區，下同)有個別員工因與確診病例有軌跡交集感染新冠病毒，目前公司總部已按照疫情防控相關要求自11月5日起臨時停產。公司正積極配合疾控部門開展後續處置工作，總部有直接或間接接觸可能的所有員工都已嚴格按照疫情防控要求進行集中隔離或居家隔離，何時恢復生產將由疾控部門根據處置情況按疫情防控相關要求決定。
子公司優泰科(蘇州)密封技術有限公司、大連華陽密封股份有限公司(“華陽密封”)、自貢新地佩爾閥門有限公司目前未受到疫情影響，正常運營中。子公司四川日機密封件有限責任公司(“日機密封”)少量員工處於隔離狀態，產能影響較小。
此次疫情導致的公司部分產能臨時停產，將影響公司部分產品交付，預計對公司2021年第四季度經營業績產生一定的不利影響，具體影響程度以經審計的2021年度財務報吿為準。
為最大限度降低公司臨時停產的影響，切實保障全體股東的利益，公司將主要採取以下應對措施： 1、公司將按成都市疫情防控要求制定並實施更加嚴格的疫情防控措施，盡可能防範疫情風險； 2、公司總部生產的大部分產品可在子公司華陽密封、日機密封生產，公司將調整訂單分配，減少訂單延誤，力保交貨，同時加快新增產能的投產進度； 3、積極與客户保持溝通，在不影響用户裝置現場運行的情況下，適當調整交貨期； 4、具備遠程辦公條件的員工在隔離期間遠程辦公，儘量減小隔離對工作的影響。同時，公司正在積極協調省市主管部門，在嚴格遵守成都市疫情防控要求和保障員工健康安全的前提下，徵得疾控部門同意後，安排部分低風險區域外地員工返回公司總部，做好應急保障工作； 5、嚴格按照疫情防控要求採取防疫措施，在保障員工健康的前提下隨時做好復工復產的準備。一旦復工，公司會全力以赴加班生產，力爭將本次臨時停產的影響降到最低。
