浙商銀行(02016.HK)擬“10配3”配股 募資不超180億元
格隆匯10月28日丨浙商銀行(02016.HK)公吿,董事會建議尋求股東批准配股及關於配股的相關授權,其中配股將包括髮行A股配股股份及H股配股股份。本次配股方案擬按每10股現有股份配售不超過3股配股股份的比例向全體股東配售,A股配股和H股配股比例相同。
本次配股募集資金總額最高不超過人民幣180億元(含人民幣180億元)。本次配股募集的資金在扣除相關發行費用後將全部用於補充本行的核心一級資本,提高本行資本充足率,支持本行未來各項業務持續穩健發展,增強本行的資本實力及綜合競爭力。
