百威亞太(01876.HK):前三季收入53.59億美元 同比增加14.3%
格隆匯10月28日丨百威亞太(01876.HK)發佈2021年前九個月業績報吿,2021年前九個月,收入53.59億美元,同比增加14.3%,每百升收入增加5.6%,是由於年初至今中國的高端及超高端市場的正面品牌組合錄得雙位數增長所致。2021年前九個月,總銷量717,430萬公升啤酒,同比增加8.2%,此由於2021年上半年銷量強勁,受益於較低的基數。2021年第三季度由於中國及韓國的COVID限制而導致銷量下滑。正常化除息税折舊攤銷前盈利增加26.8%。受銷售收入增長及運營效率提升所推動,正常化除息税折舊攤銷前盈利率上升328個基點至33.2%。百威亞太股權持有人應占正常化溢利由2020年前九個月的5.42億美元增加至2021年前九個月的8.72億美元。百威亞太股權持有人應占溢利由2020年前九個月的5.01億美元增加至2021年前九個月的8.51億美元。正常化每股盈利由2020年前九個月的4.1美分增加至2021年前九個月的6.6美分。每股基本盈利由2020年前九個月的3.79美分增加至2021年前九個月的6.44美分。
儘管2021年第三季度的商業環境較為疲弱,集團在高端化、數字化轉型及市場擴張的進程持續加速。透過在高端市場的領導地位,集團的重點戰略使集團於所有主要市場的每百升收入實現又一季度的增長。中國市場方面,2021年前九個月,收入增長17.5%,此由於銷量增長9.5%及每百升收入增加7.3%。集團的正常化除息税折舊攤銷前盈利增加29.3%。
2021年第三季度,整體行業受到COVID管控限制的顯著影響。由於福建及廣東(集團擁有龐大市場份額的兩個較高端沿海市場)的渠道關閉,集團的銷量下降7.1%。儘管如此,集團已具備的品牌組合實力超過了區域性及渠道的負面影響,使得每百升收入增加3.7%。2021年第三季度的收入較2020年第三季度下降3.7%;然而,2021年第三季度的總收入仍高於2019年同季度的水準。2021年第三季度,正常化除息税折舊攤銷前盈利下降6.6%,主要是由於其他經營收益及開支的基數較高導致。
印度市場方面,儘管印度持續受到COVID限制,但2021年第三季度的銷量及收入均實現了雙位數增長。具體而言,集團的高端及超高端產品組合於本季度再次實現了強勁的雙位數增長,進一步鞏固了集團在高端及以上產品線的領先地位。這一表現由印度市場排名第一的高端品牌百威引領,該品牌的表現持續優於行業。集團的除息税折舊攤銷前盈利高於2019年同季度。
