四川路橋(600039.SH)：擬通過定增引入戰略投資者能投集團、比亞迪等
格隆匯10月20日丨四川路橋(600039.SH)公佈，公司擬發行股份及支付現金購買資產並配套募集資金，同時擬通過非公開發行股票引入四川省能源投資集團有限責任公司(“能投集團”)、比亞迪股份有限公司(“比亞迪”)作為戰略投資者參與本次發行股份的認購。
公司擬以6.87元/股的價格向能投集團、比亞迪非公開發行股票，結合公司擬向關聯方四川交投產融控股有限公司(“交投產融”)非公開發行股票的情況，本次總共向特定對象發行數量不超過本次發行前公司股本總額的30%，即不超過14.326億股股票，募集資金總額為2,499,999,986.79元。
其中，擬向能投集團非公開發行72,780,203股股票，擬向比亞迪非公開發行29,112,081股股票；公司另外擬向交投產融非公開發行的股份數量為262,008,733股。
公司主要從事“大土木”基礎設施領域的投資、設計、建設和運營，以及清潔能源、礦藏資源、新型材料、現代服務等多元產業開發方面的業務。根據公司制定並披露的《未來五年(2021-2025年)戰略規劃綱要》，公司在重點突出基礎設施投資建設核心主業的同時，積極佈局培育能源板塊、礦產資源板塊、“交通+服務”板塊，形成“1+3”產業佈局，實現產業結構的優化調整及各板塊的協同優質發展。其中，能源板塊作為公司重要的培育板塊，加大清潔能源投入，完善鋰電產業鏈閉環，使能源板塊成為公司重要的業務支撐。
擬引入的戰略投資者中，能投集團以能源化工、工程建設、類金融以及文化旅遊為主營業務，能夠與公司在基礎設施板塊與公司主業形成協同效應，公司旗下水利項目的專業化建設亦可與能投集團達成深度協作，同時，可在鋰電業務、“交通+服務”板塊的分佈式能源、貨物貿易、智慧交通以及文旅等領域展開深度合作。
擬引入的戰略投資者中，比亞迪以新能源汽車及傳統燃油汽車在內的汽車業務、手機部件及組裝業務、二次充電電池及光伏業務等為主營業務，能夠與公司在能源板塊的鋰電材料產業鏈、工程施工車輛的“電動化”、礦產資源開發以及儲能設備研發等方面產生協同效應。
為提高公司盈利能力，進一步提升公司整體實力，公司擬與戰略投資者在業務、產品(技術)研發、法人治理等領域開展全方位、多層次的合作。
