房地產開發方面,第三季度,紫金城住宅(底商)簽約金額659.49萬元,同比下降49.32%,簽約面積843.36平方米,同比增長209.34。
此外,紫金城共計17個車位簽約,簽約金額221萬元,同比分別下降10.53%、5.56%。
房屋出租方面,第三季度九鼎投資寫字樓出租面積8,869.83平方米,出租率54.20%,租金收入137.66萬元;其他無。
