匯川技術(300124.SZ)第三季度預盈8.69億元-10.13億元 同比增長20%-40%
格隆匯10月13日丨匯川技術(300124.SZ)公佈，預計2021年前三季度實現營業收入125.53億元–141.72億元，同比增長55%-75%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤23.22億元–26.22億元，同比增長55%-75%；
其中，第三季度實現營業收入48.06億元–54.69億元，同比增長45%-65%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8.69億元–10.13億元，同比增長20%–40%。
前三季度業績變動原因： ①下游行業需求回暖，公司保供保交付策略有效落地，公司行業龍頭的品牌效應進一步發揮，使得公司通用自動化業務、新能源汽車業務、工業機器人業務等均取得快速增長，電梯電氣大配套業務也取得較快增長； ②由於公司產品收入結構變化、大宗商品&芯片漲價等原因，公司產品綜合毛利率同比有所降低； ③報吿期內，員工薪酬上漲及實施第五期股權激勵，導致公司相應費用增加。但公司通過管理變革，使得運營效率進一步提升，公司銷售費用、研發費用、管理費用增速低於收入增速。
第三季度收入增長的主要原因： 雖然第三季度下游行業需求增速放緩，但公司通用自動化、工業機器人等業務訂單仍取得較快增長；得益於部分新能源汽車客户的定點車型銷售良好，公司新能源汽車業務產品訂單仍然保持快速增長。
第三季度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤的增幅低於收入增幅的主要原因： ①由於公司產品收入結構變化、大宗商品&芯片漲價等原因，公司產品綜合毛利率同比有所降低； ②員工薪酬上漲及實施第五期股權激勵，公司加大戰略業務和變革業務的投入，導致第三季度公司相應費用增加較多； ③因為匯率波動，導致公司外匯借款產生的匯兑收益及海外基金公允價值減少。
預計2021年前三季度非經常性損益對歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤的影響金額約7300萬元。上年同期非經常性損益對歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤影響金額為7118.99萬元。
