浙數文化(600633.SH)：與浙江工商大學簽訂戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯9月28日丨浙數文化(600633.SH)公佈，2021年9月28日，公司與浙江工商大學簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》，主要就共同富裕的政策理論研究、數據模型開發構建以及科技研究成果轉化探索，人才培養與輸送等方面建立戰略合作，並擬發起設立共同富裕聯合實驗室，發揮雙方優勢，促進產學研融合發展。
合作內容：
1、加強共同富裕研究與探索
雙方合作進一步加強共同富裕研究與探索；開展中國共同富裕模型開發及應用研究，運用政策仿真、大數據等方法形成多層次、多維度共同富裕研究成果；通過理論構建、數據建模與可視化展示，打造全國共同富裕理論研究和戰略諮詢高地，增強國際國內影響力傳播，促進政產學研合作。
2、產業政策研究與科技成果轉化
雙方發揮各自在宏觀政策、產業發展、技術創新等領域的研究優勢，針對區域經濟協同發展、數字經濟建設、產業發展思路等進行專題研究，共同推動政府、企業和高校科研院所在產業發展領域的全面合作。同時，擬就雙方合作的科研領域，共同推進科研成果、專業管理、技術人才、產業資金扶持、公司化運營等方面深度合作，實現科技成果向生產力的轉化。
3、人才培養與輸送
雙方通過產學研深度融合，合作建立產學研基地，探索專業建設的新模式，聯合培養高素質人才，為推動相關領域產業的健康、快速發展提供科技和人才支撐。
該協議為戰略合作框架協議，合作過程中涉及的具體事宜由雙方在後續合作中籤署相應的合同予以進一步明確。
根據中共中央、國務院對浙江高質量發展建設共同富裕示範區提出新部署、新要求，浙江省全面落實示範區建設各項目標任務，率先探索建設共同富裕美好社會，為實現共同富裕提供浙江示範。公司緊抓浙江省共同富裕示範區建設政策機遇，立足多年來在數字文化和數字科技產業領域積累的技術、市場、人才等先發優勢，與浙江工商大學在科研技術、理論研究方面的學術優勢有效結合，推進共同富裕理論研究和探索，推動人才培養、科技創新和成果轉化。
此次公司與浙江工商大學建建立戰略合作關係，是雙方共同推動共同富裕方面理論創新的重要舉措。浙江工商大學作為浙江省人民政府、商務部和教育部共建的重點大學，在科學研究和社會服務等方面成果突出，相關社會科學研究團隊在國內處於領先地位。本次合作有利於整合雙方優勢資源，以政策研究和科技成果轉化為抓手，探索延伸公司產業佈局，提升公司的社會影響力，助力浙江省共同富裕示範區建設，併為實現全民共同富裕提供理論研究和經驗探索。
