王冬勝:本港銀行業須吸引更多人才 參與大灣區發展
香港銀行學會議會會長兼匯豐銀行主席王冬勝於香港銀行學會峯會上表示,本港作爲粵港澳大灣區一部份,可與前海及深圳合作,其中前海更是作爲建設新濟經創新試行點。他又指,廣東在金融科技及數據中心方面發展亦領先,值得本港借鏡。
他又指,現時本港銀行業人才競爭激烈,需要吸引更多國際公民,尤其是對科技及數據有認識的人才。
