泰山石油(000554.SZ)與肥城城投簽署《戰略合作協議》
格隆匯9月27日丨泰山石油(000554.SZ)公佈，為積極貫徹黨中央關於創新型城鄉建設精神，紮實落實肥城市十四五整體規劃，更好的服務地方經濟，發展清潔能源和可再生能源產業，推動形成綠色發展方式和生活方式。經肥城市城市建設投資集團有限公司(簡稱“肥城城投”)與公司友好協商，雙方將本着資源共享、共同發展、合作雙贏的原則簽署了《戰略合作協議》。
合作內容包括但不限於以下方面：
(一)加油(氣)站建設。藉助甲方豐富的投資運營經驗、政策支持和乙方資源、經營管理優勢，圍繞肥城新城區發展、省國道、一級路重點位置、等肥城區域內多條新建主幹道路選點，雙方共同投建運營加油站及油電、油氣、油氫混合站，推動網點均衡發展。
(二)共建生態新能源補給站。充分依託乙方擁有的加油(氣)站等資源，攜手打造集加油、加氣、加氫、光伏、充換電、汽服、餐飲等為一體的新能源綜合服務體，攜手共建具有肥城特色網紅打卡地，實現社會效益和經濟效益的“雙提升”。
(三)閒置資產盤活。肥城城投協助泰山石油對原肥城油庫庫區土地及閒置辦公樓進行評估置換，建議採取同等面積、差價補償的原則，置換成加油(氣)站建設土地，實現閒置資產盤活，互利共贏。
(四)氫能應用示範基地。按照城鄉公交試點、物流園區配套、交通幹線聯網梯次推進原則，適時打造油電氫混合站北方試點示範，在公共交通、物流運輸、旅遊專用等領域探索示範應用基地，推動氫能與燃料電池汽車產業發展；同時，發揮氫能產業優勢，雙方致力在分佈式發電或熱電聯產為建築提供電和熱、為工業領域提供清潔能源等儲能應用方面領先開展創新試點。
(五)參與地方三農建設。以雙方資金、資源優勢，積極參與我市精準扶貧和鄉村振興項目開發，助力實施“鄉村建設行動”，加快推動地方城鄉一體化發展。
(六)易捷服務項目。雙方共同開發我市重點醫院、學校、寫字樓、充電服務站、社區大型停車場等資源，根據實際調研需求，投建開展便利店、洗車等易捷服務項目。
