東方雨虹(002271.SZ)：與信義電源擬在全國範圍內共同推動“BAPV”和“BIPV”光伏發電項目
格隆匯9月10日丨東方雨虹(002271.SZ)公佈，為深入推進分佈式光伏發電發展，充分踐行綠色建築、綠色建材、節能建築等國家戰略，促進建築領域綠色低碳轉型，助力實現國家碳達峯、碳中和的“雙碳”目標；同時，公司深耕TPO 柔性屋面系統十餘年，為汽車、航空航天、電子通信、煙草等眾多工程領域提供TPO屋面系統施工服務和技術支持，積累了豐富的屋面工程實踐經驗和成功案例，為持續豐富綠色建材產品品類，提升產品品質、實現產品結構及系統服務的優化升級，公司立足建築建材系統服務商的核心定位，依託現有TPO等產品及BIPV屋面系統，探索並培育光伏屋面一體化領域新的業務增長點，2021年9月10日，公司與信義電源簽訂《戰略合作協議書》，雙方秉承“真誠合作，優勢互補，共同發展，互利雙贏”的宗旨，在光伏屋面一體化領域進一步深化業務合作，在全國範圍內共同推動“BAPV”和“BIPV”光伏發電項目，具體合作模式包括：雙方共同研發光伏屋面一體化產品，加強深度合作；雙方共同推動光伏屋面市場銷售工作，合力共贏；雙方市場銷售渠道共享，共同推進既有TPO 光伏系統等。
國家明確提出鼓勵分佈式光伏發電系統的發展，因而分佈式光伏發電和建築光伏一體化或將成為我國未來光伏產業的重要發展方向。公司此次與信義電源建立可持續發展的戰略合作伙伴關係，旨在深入推進分佈式光伏發電發展，充分踐行綠色建築、綠色建材、節能建築等國家戰略，促進建築領域綠色低碳轉型，助力實現國家碳達峯、碳中和的“雙碳”目標；同時，公司深耕TPO柔性屋面系統十餘年，為汽車、航空航天、電子通信、煙草等眾多工程領域提供TPO屋面系統施工服務和技術支持，積累了豐富的屋面工程實踐經驗和成功案例，因此，本次合作將依託公司現有TPO等產品及BIPV屋面系統，立足公司建築建材系統服務商的核心定位，不斷豐富綠色建材產品品類，提升產品品質、實現產品結構及系統服務的優化升級，探索並培育光伏屋面一體化領域新的業務增長點；根據協議約定，雙方將共同研發光伏屋面一體化產品包含但不僅限於光伏基座核心組件、TPO光伏預製件等產品，此舉將進一步提升公司光伏領域產品的研發及核心技術水平，進而提升公司的核心競爭力；根據協議約定，公司將依託自身在工業領域積累的豐富經驗，及信義電源在能源領域開發有獨特的綜合優勢，實現雙方資源共享，在新產品推廣、產品體系認證、行業標準規範助推等展開多維度多元化合作，從研發、生產、銷售、施工服務一體化，形成完整的供應鏈閉環，此舉將對公司的業務發展起到一定的促進作用和積極影響；光伏發電系統及防水產品的推廣應用或將帶動既有建築(如老舊小區)改造及新建建築的防水市場需求，希望通過本次合作進一步提升公司的市場份額，為公司未來持續穩定發展奠定堅實的基礎，符合公司全體股東的利益。
