越秀地產(00123.HK)附屬擬發行不超20億元公司債券
格隆匯9月8日丨越秀地產(00123.HK)發佈公吿,公司擁有95%權益的間接中國附屬公司廣州市城市建設開發有限公司(發行人)獲中國證券監督管理委員會批准公開發行本金總額最高為人民幣80億元的擔保計息債券,並於2021年7月22日完成發行共人民幣25億元的2021年首期公司債券。
2021年第二期公司債券的發行規模為不超過人民幣20億元,用途為(i)償還發行人到期的公司債券或(ii)在不影響償還到期的公司債券的前提下補充流動資金。發行人根據公司債券支付本金和利息的責任由公司最終控股股東廣州越秀集團股份有限公司擔保。
公司認為,發行公司債券提供資金乃於其日常及一般業務過程中進行,而作出本公吿旨在讓投資者知悉公司的業務發展情況。
