格隆匯9月8日丨博思軟件(300525.SZ)公佈,為了滿足公司日常經營需要,提高公司募集資金使用效率,公司於2021年9月8日召開的第四屆董事會第三次會議,審議通過《關於延期歸還閒置募集資金並繼續用於暫時補充流動資金的議案》。
隨着公司業務規模不斷擴大,對流動資金的需求日益增加,為滿足公司發展需要,提高募集資金的使用效率,降低財務成本,優化財務結構,維護公司和股東的利益,公司擬延期歸還閒置募集資金8000萬元並繼續用於暫時補充流動資金。
